International Editor-In-Chief

The Crescent Magazine

From 2005 to 2009 I served as the International Designer and Editor-In-Chief of The Crescent Magazine. Published twice a year, the 48 page full color magazine is the official organ of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. The organization has over 100,000 members with chapters in the United States, Africa, South America, Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. Readership for the magazine are members of the fraternity and community partners. In this volunteer role I was responsible for the design and layout of each publication. In addition, I created the page templates and masthead design which are still in use today. I created the brand standards for the magazine and oversaw printing and distribution. Below are a few samples from past issues.
